📋 Description

• Conduct market-based research; track valuation trends in target sectors
• Proactively scout M&A opportunities to strengthen core business
• Establish and cultivate relevant networking
• Engage potential targets in M&A deals or strategic partnerships
• Build business cases, research synergies and perform valuations
• Lead M&A process from sourcing to closing and post-merger integration

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in energy projects, IB, PE or M&A
• Strong quantitative skills, cash flow modelling and valuation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Solid project management experience with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English
• Ability to manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
