M365 Migration Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations across enterprise environments.
• Plan tenant-to-tenant and AD-to-M365 migrations; set up configurations and governance.
• Execute migrations for mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive; automate with PowerShell.
• Configure and troubleshoot migration tools (Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz).
• Drive identity work: Entra ID migrations, hybrid identity configurations, and user adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with security/ networking/ support teams; create runbooks and post-migration support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations or related support/operations.
• Proven experience delivering M365 migrations for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange Online, identity management, and cloud
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant and/or AD-to-M365 migrations; familiarity with SMTP/mail flow
• PowerShell automation for managing users, groups, and directory objects.
• Experience with Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive migrations; familiarity with
