Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, train, test, and evaluate ML models for product objectives.
• Prepare, clean, analyze, and manage datasets for training/validation.
• Improve model performance via experiments and optimization.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor ML models in production.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML into products.
• Track model performance and identify improvements in accuracy and reliability.
• Apply modern ML techniques; stay informed on new tech.
• Write clean, maintainable code to support scalable AI solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions and solve engineering challenges.
• Participate in improving ML workflows and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in ML, software, data science, or related field, or strong projects.
• Basic understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and model development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Comfortable working with data and writing clean code.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Passion for learning and building AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SQL and deploying ML models advantageous.
• Personal AI/ML projects or open-source contributions valued.
