Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade ML systems powering AI products.
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate research into scalable, reliable production solutions meeting business/technical goals.
• Investigate and fix model performance issues and production incidents using real data.
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into production products.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong Python and DL framework expertise: PyTorch and/or JAX.
• Hands-on with GPU-based training/inference, optimization, and large-scale deployment.
• Solid understanding of modern ML models in production and failure mode strategies.
• Experience writing production-ready, maintainable software with a systems mindset.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing speed, quality, reliability.
