📋 Description

• Lead ML-driven behaviors for model-based autonomous driving.
• Design architectures, data pipelines, evaluation, and real-world deployment.
• Collaborate with AI Platform, Simulation, Robot SW, and Model Release teams.
• Mentor engineers and shape long-term technical direction across Autonomy.
• Work within a hybrid office+home model in Leonberg, Germany.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipping deep learning systems to production with robust performance.
• Expertise in deep learning (sequential models, control, planning, perception).
• Proficient in Python and languages like C++/CUDA; strong software engineering basics; PyTorch
• Experience with real-time systems or robotics, including simulation- or vehicle-in-the-loop
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, drive alignment, and mentor engineers.
