📋 Description

• Apply software engineering, ML, and compound AI system engineering to create value for customers
• Improve agent behavior, increasing utility and reducing misbehavior in business contexts
• Tackle challenges in AI harness engineering: cognitive architecture, eval benchmarks, context
• Read, discuss, and build on latest ML/LLM research and open-source models
• Develop scalable, dynamic solutions to hard problems and productionize improvements
• Collaborate with web and chat platform teams to deliver delightful user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Ship production-quality, fully unit-tested code with model updates
• Ability to solve ML problems end-to-end
• Strong grasp of model evaluation for text generation/classification
• Attention to data quality for training/evaluation datasets
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang in Mac environment
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and leading LLMs
