🎯 Requirements

• Advanced ML background; postgraduate degree in math or CS.
• Experience designing, deploying, and monitoring ML systems in production.
• Strong causal reasoning; model real-world dynamics.
• Strong data intuition; handle noisy, high-volume datasets.
• Fluency in Python; experience with large, collaborative codebases.
• Familiar with AI tooling (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude-code).
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with Transformers or SSM; agent-based or recommender systems a plus.
