Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready ML systems powering AI products.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Translate research into scalable production solutions meeting business and technical objectives.
• Investigate and resolve model performance issues and production incidents using real-world data.
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into production products.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, deploying ML systems in production.
• Strong Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
• Hands-on GPU training/inference with performance optimization and large-scale deployment.
• Understanding of modern ML models and production failure modes.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end balancing speed, quality, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; mentoring experience is a plus.
