📋 Description

• Own detection and tracking models powering Helsing products.
• Train, tune, and deploy models on US-specific datasets.
• Manage full model lifecycle from data curation to edge deployment.
• Apply practical trade-offs to achieve reliable production performance.
• Collaborate with platform teams to integrate models into Altra.
• Work on SWaP-constrained and edge deployment considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• Training and fine-tuning detection models (YOLO, DETR, Faster R-CNN, etc.).
• Implementing multi-object tracking pipelines (SORT, DeepSORT, ByteTrack, or similar).
• Evaluate metrics, diagnose failures, and iterate on data/model improvements.
• Data pipeline end-to-end: raw data -> annotation -> datasets -> augmentation.
• Deploy optimization for SWaP and edge platforms (TensorRT, ONNX export, quantization).
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
