Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, refine, and scale the AI Agent for ecommerce support and marketing solutions.
• Own feedback loops, observability, and continuous training for deployed models (Hugging Face
• Work on agentic LLM systems, RAG, NLP classifiers, and product-facing ML challenges.
• Maintain ML data pipelines (BigQuery, dbt) and analyze post-release performance for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML and software development with hands-on LLM, RAG, and NLP classifier experience.
• Proficiency in Python; strong ML/DS tooling; familiarity with GCP is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical
• Master’s degree in STEM field or related area.
• Experience in building and operating LLM applications and AI-driven customer support.
