📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy ML solutions for ads across Instacart surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and infra teams on ML initiatives.
• Improve ads selection, ranking, bidding, and auction systems.
• Prototype and experiment from concept to launch.
• Publish findings and contribute to design reviews and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree (masters or PhD) in ML, statistics, CS, information retrieval, or related field.
• Strong programming skills; fluency in SQL, Spark, Pandas; solid ML tooling (classical ML and DL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communicator across stakeholders.
