🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years as ML Engineer or Data Scientist with production Python experience.
• Experience applying ML/algorithmic solutions to complex problems in production.
• Strong fundamentals in ML and appropriate modelling techniques.
• Experience building predictive models for forecasting or real-time decision-making.
• Production experience with software engineering principles.
• Bias for simplicity and business impact over theoretical complexity; strong programming and stats
