• Lead ML for Workforce Management to meet demand
• Build production ML systems for forecasting, routing, escalation
• Own time-to-completion prediction and real-time supply-demand matching
• Coach and grow ML Scientists within cross-functional squads
• Balance technical detail with business impact and product goals
• Contribute to Monzo's ML discipline and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on ML practitioner (Senior IC/Tech Lead/ML Manager)
• Strong foundations in ML, statistics, forecasting, optimization or OR
• Built/shipped ML systems in production with monitoring and safety
• Able to translate technical details into business context
• Coaching others; may have people management exp
• Enjoy solving ambiguous problems with customer impact
