Operate and maintain production machines including bindery equipment, guillotine cutters
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management
Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations
Accurately report completed orders using company-approved systems
Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
Ensure equipment and stations are maintained and replenished for the next shift

🎯 Requirements

Strong mechanical background with willingness to learn
Experience troubleshooting and running machines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet during shift
Proficient in written and verbal English for work instructions and safety protocols
