Machine Operator - 1st Shift

📋 Description

• Operate and support packaging machinery for Cresco Labs products
• Prep, clean, and document output for packaging lines
• Monitor equipment and consumables per Cresco standards
• Maintain quality with process adherence and inspections
• Assist in line setup and changeovers as needed
• Keep work area clean and compliant with GMP

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating packaging equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and task management
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Understanding of safety and sanitation in production
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Flexibility for a fast-paced environment
