Machine Operator

📋 Description

• Operate nursery equipment in a safe and efficient way
• Work in greenhouses and outdoors, on/off machinery
• Maintain records and operate control systems
• Assist in training other workers
• Repair and maintain equipment, tarp/load/unload trucks

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to Dryden site
• Experience operating various mobile equipment
• Good manual dexterity and eyesight
• Team-oriented, able to work independently
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
