Machine Technician – Test Development Engineering (On site)

📋 Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish manufacturing test equipment and production support
• Respond to equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure production readiness.
• Assemble, configure, and deploy test equipment from engineering docs and work instructions.
• Inspect and audit equipment to verify functionality and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Support calibration programs and maintain calibration equipment and records.
• Operate rapid prototyping equipment (e.g., 3D printers) to support test equipment needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics or
• 2+ years supporting manufacturing equipment or electromechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with drawings, assembly docs, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; proficient with measurement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience maintaining documentation and supporting root-cause investigations.
