Independently program and operate CNC machines (Mill, Lathe, Wire EDM) to tight tolerances.
Support Engineering in new product development.
Fabricate new parts and modify existing parts.
Work with materials including stainless and tool steels, aluminum, plastics.
Use advanced inspection equipment to qualify parts.
Collaborate with engineering staff to solve problems daily.

🎯 Requirements

Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a precision component environment.
Operate basic shop equipment: Bridgeport Mill, Bandsaw, Table saw, Manual Lathe, Drill press.
Develop setup fixtures and tight-tolerance workholding assemblies with supervisor.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Basic understanding of 3D software (Mastercam, Solidworks).
