Program and operate CNC machines (Mill, Lathe, Wire) to tight tolerances
Support engineering and manufacturing with new part fabrication and modifications
Work with stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, and plastics
Utilize advanced inspection equipment to qualify parts
Collaborate with engineering staff to solve problems daily
Maintain safe, clean, and efficient shop practices

🎯 Requirements

Experience with MasterCam; CAD experience (SolidWorks) a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, fixtures, gauges)
Develop setup fixtures and tight-tolerance workholding
Strong mechanical/mathematics understanding; metals and plastics knowledge
5-7 years CNC machining experience; high school or vocational diploma required
