Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to fabricate metal
Set up machines per job specs, select tools, load materials, adjust settings.
Inspect finished parts to meet quality standards; adjust settings to maintain accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machinery performance.
Follow safety protocols; report hazards to management.
Collaborate with production team to prioritize tasks and optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational machining cert preferred.
Experience operating CNC machines; familiarity with blueprints/schematics and precision tools
Proficiency with CNC machines, lathes, and related metalworking equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail; ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Good communication and teamwork; basic computer skills for programming/data entry.
