Mainframe Systems Programmer - CICS

📋 Description

• Provide premium software support and services to Ensono mainframe clients as they relate to CICS.
• Support CSOs for z/OS CICS TS and related OEM software products in a timely manner.
• Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS and related OEM software.
• Support on 24 x 7 x 365 basis across multiple time zones.
• Assist in customer migrations and transition projects involving CICS TS and OEM products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years on the zSeries mainframe platform with hands-on CICS TS and OEM product support.
• Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities and installation/tailoring, including related OEM
• Strong knowledge of IBM SMP/E usage.
• Analytical skills and understanding of CICS TS concepts, configuration, and tailoring.
• Experience with monitoring tools for CICS TS regions.
