Maintenance Journeyman

📋 Description

• Perform electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Multi-craft role requiring mechanical, maintenance, carpenter, plumbing, welding, and electrical
• Install, repair, erect, dismantle and assemble plant machinery and electrical/electronic equipment
• Inspect glass forming and related machines; make line repair adjustments.
• Weld, braze, solder and cut various metals for repairs and fabrication.
• Determine causes of breakdowns and needed repairs, reconditioning or replacements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Journeyman card (Maintenance or Electrical)
• Maintenance experience in industrial environment (electrical, pipefitting, metal fabrication)
• Glass industry experience preferred
• Pass maintenance journeyman written test
• Basic PC literacy (Word, email, data entry)
