Maintenance Planner – Customer Operations

📋 Description

• Prepare maintenance plans and schedules across global assets
• Coordinate plans with PMs, other departments and customers
• Raise work orders and ensure resources available to perform work
• Liaise with Logistics for shipping, site deliveries and on-site activities
• Develop site and service reports and monthly performance updates
• Manage global spares pool and ensure timely parts availability

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in maintenance planning for electrical or mechanical equipment
• Ability to work independently across a global asset base
• Formal training in electrical or mechanical systems or 2+ years relevant experience
• Proficiency in CMMS/MMS and MS Office
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Project management or task coordination skills
