Maintenance Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage Change Requests (CRs), including scope and prioritization.
• Track maintenance activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project and support documentation (CR plans, incident reports, status updates).
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers for clear communication.
• Organize maintenance meetings (weekly ops and monthly reviews).
• Monitor service performance; follow up on incidents, defects, and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years IT project coordination, service delivery, or customer service management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar tools.
