🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• 3+ years in a maintenance role (carpentry, basic welding)
• Independent work capability; strong communication
• Problem-solving, organization, and record keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
