🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years maintenance in manufacturing.
Previous lead/supervisor experience preferred.
Hands-on troubleshooting: mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, utilities, or production
Ability to read manuals, drawings, schematics; experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS
Strong communication with cross-functional teams; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety and GMP/compliance; on-site 2nd shift with possible overtime.
