Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team activities for maintenance and repairs
• Oversee upkeep, inventory, and repairs of grounds and buildings
• Collaborate with supervisor and full maintenance team onsite, with potential transfer to another
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties
• Maintain high occupancy and rent performance through quality maintenance practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of trade-related experience; 1+ year in lead/assistant/supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required
• Computer skills to manage work orders, turns, and communications
• Willing to share on-call with team members; valid driver’s license
