Maintenance Supervisor - Multi site

📋 Description

• Directs maintenance across multiple sites on a rotating, on-site basis.
• Oversees preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance for a multi-family property.
• Manages painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping after turnover within 3-5 days.
• Supervises maintenance staff, schedules work, controls expenses, and adheres to safety programs.
• Ensures timely handling of maintenance requests (within 24 hours) and coordinates parts orders as
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies and life/safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years property maintenance experience; prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Entrata and/or Appfolio preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required due to travel between sites.
