Maintenance Supervisor - Multi-site

📋 Description

• Directs maintenance across multiple sites: preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency work.
• Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs) within 3–5 days
• Maintains maintenance logs, inventory of tools/equipment, and ensures safety protocols.
• Manages maintenance requests to resolution and coordinates with Site Management on parts/orders
• Performs apartment move-in/move-out inspections as directed.
• Provides on-call emergency service and supports special maintenance projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required for travel between multiple sites.
