📋 Description

• The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all phases of maintenance for a multi-family property
• Directs market-ready apartment prep (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs) within 3–5 days after
• Maintains maintenance logs and inventory of tools and supplies; enforces PPE usage and safety
• Supervises maintenance staff, coordinates work schedules, and manages on-site presence across
• Handles resident service requests promptly; performs on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
• Supports property management with safety, lighting, pool/spa, and life/safety compliance checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of property maintenance experience preferred; prior supervisory experience required.
• A valid driver’s license is required due to travel between sites.
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, tech savvy, and organized.
