📋 Description

• Maintain and service apartments for move-ins.
• Use technology to prioritize tasks and assist residents.
• Provide resident service and support to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for on-call work after hours.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
