• AIR Communities uses technology for a modern maintenance approach so technicians help residents
• Work at Vaughan Place Apartments (380+-unit community) in Washington, DC
• Turn apartments for move-ins and resolve service requests to keep residents comfortable
• Provide service to residents and assist team members
• Follow processes for apartment turns and routine maintenance
• Occasional vendor management and move-in/move-out inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented problem solver
• Strong customer service focus
• Willingness to use technology to help residents
• Reliable team player with strong work ethic
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (e.g., Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances)
