• Maintain apartments and resolve service requests at Hidden Cove in Escondido, CA.
• Turn units for move-in readiness and support residents daily.
• Use AIR’s tech tools to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Provide guidance and training to fellow Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections as required.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
