Maintain/building systems; perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Support operations under Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer.

🎯 Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required.

Basic work-order and facility systems apps; MS Outlook.
Licenses as required by local/state/national rules.
Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures.
Strong customer service; able to interact with tenants/vendors/contractors.
