Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain building systems, MHE, and conveyance assets to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Respond quickly to downtime events; perform hands-on repairs and coordinate with vendors.
• Serve as on-site facilities point of contact with warehouse leadership; minimize disruption during
• Use CMMS to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset registries.
• Oversee contract labor and third-party service providers; ensure safety compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as industrial/facilities/maintenance technician in warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience maintaining conveyors, PIT, MHE, and facility systems
• Technical education or certifications in conveyor repair, PIT, electrical/mechanical systems
• Strong knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms (Limble, MaintainX, UpKeep, Maximo, Fiix)
• Experience supervising contractors or temporary labor
