Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain preventive, corrective, and renovative maintenance for buildings, grounds, and vehicles
• Complete maintenance repairs as needed
• Maintain homes, grounds, and property in good repair
• Contribute to maintenance planning and capital improvements
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and external vendors
• Keep tools, equipment, and keys organized and documented

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years in building maintenance (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair)
• Evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures
• Good decision-making and communication; team player
• Transportation and basic tools required
• On-call evenings and weekends availability
