📋 Description

• Oversee on-the-ground operations for STILE DTLA.
• Maintain equipment, systems and building components (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration
• Tend to painting, lighting, locks, and furniture installations.
• Inspect machinery, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs with team.
• Ensure structural integrity and participate in training sessions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects and guest inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hotel or large-site maintenance experience preferred.
• Comfort with mobile tech and learning new systems.
• Flexible schedule with ability to respond to emergencies.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable lifting 25-50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and calm demeanor under pressure.
