Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• The Maintenance Technician ensures plant equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Performs routine maintenance on production equipment and participates in equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoots electrical/mechanical malfunctions and repairs as needed.
• Performs electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and pipefitting for equipment installation.
• Assists in building new production equipment per blueprints/schematics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance with a 2-year degree or 5+ years' experience
• Proficient in electrical work, electronics, welding, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics; forklift and millwright exposure helpful
• Proficient in PLC programming and basic machine shop concepts
• Must maintain safety and housekeeping standards; report unsafe practices
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm-1am, Mon-Thu) with OT on Fridays
