🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; vocational/certified building maintenance preferred.
3–5 years of hands-on building/facility maintenance experience.
Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance.
Proactive, dependable, safety-focused; able to work independently or on a team.
Clear communication and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to read and interpret prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
