📋 Description

• Maintenance technician for grow house facility in Hammonton, NJ
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance tasks and inspections
• Repair and replace hardware on doors, cabinets, windows, fixtures
• Handle plumbing, electrical tasks, painting, and general repairs
• Address urgent issues like leaks, power loss, and unsafe conditions
• Collaborate with team and maintenance vendors as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years in building maintenance or related field
• Strong electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to read prints, wiring diagrams
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; self-starter and team player
