Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace hardware on doors, fixtures, cabinets, and structural
• Handle preventative maintenance, address urgent issues, and complete work orders to keep operations
• Collaborate with teammates, vendors, and customers; maintain clear communication and safe work
• Operate with high attention to detail in a hands-on environment; adapt to varying conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of building maintenance/handyman experience in residential/commercial settings.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; ability to read prints, sketches
• Strong self-starter with problem-solving abilities; effective communicator; team player.
• High school diploma or GED; proficiency with basic tools and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to sit, stand, climb ladders, crawl under spaces
