Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in a cultivation facility.
• Inspect and survey sites; repair and replace hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, windows, and
• Fix and replace electrical components such as light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts, switches, and
• Repair plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, drains; patch and paint walls; address minor roofing
• Assist with snow removal, grounds maintenance, and general facility upkeep.
• Assemble, move, and install equipment; ensure the grow house runs smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Strong problem-solving; able to work independently or in a team
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics
