Diagnose failures and perform hands-on repairs; coordinate vendors
On-site facilities point of contact; minimize disruption during repairs
Maintain asset registries and use CMMS to track work orders
Interface with vendors and manage on-site support labor
Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in industrial/facilities/maintenance in warehouse or manufacturing
Hands-on maintenance of conveyors, MHE, facility systems
Formal training or certs in conveyors, PIT, electrical/mechanical systems
MEP knowledge (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Familiarity with CMMS platforms (Limble, MaintainX, UpKeep, Maximo, Fiix)
Experience supervising contractors or temporary labor
