🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in apartment/residential maintenance
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service and team collaboration
• Independent worker who prioritizes tasks
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
