📋 Description

• Perform maintenance in occupied/vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry
• Maintain community appearance: grounds, amenities, pool areas
• Collaborate with maintenance team for smooth operations
• Handle tasks in fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Strong customer service mindset
• Independent worker and reliable team player
• Comfortable with computers/work orders
