📋 Description

• Full-time maintenance technician role at a residential community.
• Perform repairs and upkeep to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items.
• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments; assist with turns and make-readies.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and pool areas; collaborate with team for smooth operations.

🎯 Requirements

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Comfortable using computers/work order systems and driving a golf cart.
