📋 Description

Independently perform senior level technical support in maintenance
Trains lower-level Technicians on advanced tasks
Shift: 12-hour rotating 4 days on/4 off; day shift 6:00 am–6:30 pm
Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality
Assist root cause investigation and reliability analysis
Train others on tasks; proficient in multiple trades

🎯 Requirements

HS diploma + 10+ yrs experience or cert with 5+ yrs, or associates with 3+ yrs
CMRT or equivalent accreditation desired
Knowledge of advanced tools (machining, diagnostics, predictive)
MS Windows intermediate skills
Electrical safety training 70E
IR scanning; VFD knowledge; MCC troubleshooting
