Maintenance Technician III (HVAC Controls)

📋 Description

• Independently provide senior level technical support in the maintenance dept.
• Trains lower-level Technicians on advanced tasks.
• Shift is 6am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliability and quality.
• Assist in root cause investigation and reliability analysis.
• Train others on tasks; perform advanced maintenance tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs experience or relevant cert with 5+ yrs, or Associates with 3+ yrs, or
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent desired.
• Knowledge of advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostics, predictive tools).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
