Maintenance Technician IV

📋 Description

• Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department.
• Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
• Adhere to AbbVie's code of conduct.
• Maintains department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards.
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
• Capable of training others on tasks and editing maintenance plans.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ years experience or relevant certificate with 5+ yrs or associates technical
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic, predictive).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
• Proficient with I/O or BAS controlled systems: sensors, controllers, actuators, valves, dampers
• Working knowledge of HVAC/R validation/commissioning process.
