Maintenance Technician - Park & Market

📋 Description

• Provide excellent resident service and assist team members at AIR Communities' Park & Market.
• Turn apartments for new residents and handle routine maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, and appliances as needed.
• Use AIR’s technology to prioritize tasks and support residents efficiently.
• Follow procedures for basic apartment turns and maintain quality workmanship.
• May train other technicians and assist with vendor quality and inspections.

• Detail-oriented problem solver with pride in fixing things right the first time

• Willingness to use technology to assist residents daily
• Reliable team player dedicated to team success
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience; multi-trade proficiency preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/on-call shifts as needed
